Challenge:
Souvenaid is a medical nutrition product containing a unique, patented combination of nutrients designed to support synapse formation in early Alzheimer’s disease. The challenge is that it can take up to 2-3 months before patients and/or carers can start to see any changes in the condition. Adherence is then affected, leading to increased patient drop-off rates.
Solution:
Spark Up worked with Nutricia to develop Souvenaid Connections, an exclusive support program for patients with early Alzheimer’s Disease. This program was specifically designed to target patients who were recommended to take Souvenaid, and the patients’ carers. The programmed aims to support patient adherence by providing information to carers about what they can expect from Souvenaid, as well as access to ongoing discounts. Spark Up designed and developed all campaign collateral including patient welcome packs which included books, magnets, calendars/pens, HCP detail aids, recommendation pads, access cards and all digital assets. We also developed eDM content along with a video production featuring a neurologist who explains the benefits of the program. We continue to support the program with welcome packs fulfilment, design and execution of conference stands and banners and other SC initiatives.
Result:
Souvenaid Connections has proven to be a huge success that other countries around the world are launching the same initiative in their market. New enrolments continue to grow each month as patients are signed up to the program.
