We’ll need you to supply vector art files (the original artwork of your logo, usually in an .ai or .eps format).
We can usually just recreate your logo for a small artwork charge. We’d just need you to provide any brand guidelines for us to follow.
One of our friendly account managers will walk you through the whole process. We’ll look at your lead time, what your logo looks like (including the colour scheme) and the surface, space and material of the merch product you’re considering. We’ll then go through all the options with you, and recommend the best option.
It depends if the item you choose is in stock – if it is, you’re looking at 2-3 weeks from order to delivery. If it’s a bespoke item from one of our overseas suppliers, the wait may be 12-15 weeks.
Yep. We can produce the merch, pack it together with your other materials and arrange for it to be delivered at the venue on the day. All you need to do is provide us with the venue’s labels – we’ll do the rest and provide proof of delivery too, if required.
Absolutely. Just send over any additional items you’d like added to your customised SparkUp2GO portal, along with an inventory list (plus quantities for each item). We’ll pop them into the system ready for you to order.
That’s our bag! We’ll arrange for destruction when your items are picked up on-site at our warehouse, and they’ll be destructed securely. We can also arrange for a destruction certificate to be supplied for your records.
We’ll pack a return label with instructions into the package we send, and your team simply calls us to arrange pick-up.
Yep, we can organise it all. We’ll print your materials if that’s required, print the labels from your database – and pack / arrange for your mailout to be distributed through one of our freight forwarders.
Sure do. We only work with factories who comply with our modern slavery policies. They must be regularly SEDEX-audited to ensure fair working wages, safe working conditions and that no child or forced labour is in practice.
SparkUp2Go is our digital inventory platform – clients who are storing materials with us are given a custom client microsite portal and login details so they can check stock control, order materials, check out reporting metrics and much more. Chat to us if you’d like to know more.
